I have done this using ASP.NET MVC 5 technology together with Entity Framework (Feel free to visit github repository). Without any knowledge about those technologies I bought a book about this and I learnt it in about 3 weeks. Because Piotrek was writing all description about fortification and he did all pictures I had to do admin panel for him, to make upload easy and comfortable.
